One-On-One Awakening Expressive Arts

Service Description

Virtual (via zoom) and/or in person Awakening Expressive Arts sessions for adults and children with Shlomit PCEAF. Available in English, Spanish & Hebrew. No artistic talent is required. Together we will dive into your world of emotions, experiences and creativity to help your personal growth, cope with transitions, and overcome conflicts. The healing tools we will use may include meditation, movement, dance, writing, painting, drawing, sculpting, music, drama, singing & talking. In every session you will be guided into finding the freedom to chose the artistic tools you want to explore with. Shlomit will help you engage in activities that awaken and integrate all aspects of self—the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Thus, you will develope self-awareness, self-understanding, a feeling of wholeness and empowerment. AEA will help you rediscover your innate creativity and nourish your soul. The sessions are held in a friendly and encouraging environment that promote enlightenment and mental health. The core values of this Person-Centered program are authenticity, empathy and unconditional positive regard (Love). Call 646-378-8778 to schedule a FREE 30 min. consultation with Shlomit. A single 60-70 min. sessions is $80.00 or 4 sessions for $310.00 Shlomit is a gifted healer, certified Person-Centered Expressive Arts counselor, holds a BS in Psychology, owner of Gleeful Wellness LLC and is a performing artist.
