We structure and lead the activities to flow seamlessly, building towards reflective growth, stronger community, and an uplift in spirits. We offer 2 Packages:

A 90 minutes long session

or

A 3 hour session which may be delivered in one day or split into two 90 minutes sessions on different dates.
