In our fast-paced world, genuine human connection is often elusive, yet profoundly essential for our well-being and fulfillment.  This hands-on workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore and deepen your capacity to authentically connect to yourself and others through various creative art forms. Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and interpersonal explorations through guided exercises in meditation, movement, writing, visual arts, and storytelling.
