Co-facilitated by Revital Oz and Shlomit Oren We are delighted to invite you to our "Peace Within" workshop, a unique experience designed to help you slow down, relax, and find inner peace. This workshop combines guided meditation, a soothing sound bath, and expressive arts making to provide a holistic approach to stress reduction and relaxation. Date: Thursday, August 29th, 2024 Time: 7-9pm ET Location: Balansa Center 32 Piermont Road , Cresskill, NJ, United States, New Jersey In our fast-paced world, it is more important than ever to take time for self-care and stress reduction. Scientific research shows that chronic stress can lead to numerous health issues, including heart disease, depression, somatic pain, and a weakened immune system. She is certified sound healing guide from the International Academy of Sound Healing in India. She is also a somatic therapist in training and is the owner of Gleeful Wellness LLC. Shlomit has been leading workshops, retreats, and 1:1 therapy sessions for the past 11 years. Revital Oz is a certified guided meditation teacher, she has led multiple mediation circles at retreats, yoga studios & senior centers. She is passionate about helping people become present & quiet for personal growth.
